Really?? That's all you've met? I'm surprised.

There are at least 6 or 7 girls in my guild alone, if not more. Six that I know personally and there are others I'm sure of who just haven't been on when I have. And outside of that I know you, Queen Christie, and Miss Temptress.

Witchblade you're right, lots of us play GW and I'm very happy to see it. Some people still have this delusion that there aren't that many girl gamers out there, which I don't understand.

But they won't do that with the guys, oh no. Cause they know guys in lil clothing + cold = shrinkage

LOL
That was the best thing i have ever read!!! Haha! So true I mean don't get me wrong, I like a lot of the armor - I mean i love druids even though its just a little twig bikini, but your right!

What if us girl gamers wanna see some guy characters in little armor?

i totally agree with the idea (i think there was a thread about this alrdy somewhere ^^)
but i also think that in years, games have changed a lot, technically and also in variety .. so the public changed too

a few years ago, most of the PC games were FPS only or some RTS...
gl trying convincing yer GF to play Quake, or Counterstrike with you ^^

@Sil: if u look closely ranger armors, u ll see that the more u go further in game , the more the Female one remove clothes, the more the male one get some (dunno if said correctly lol ^^ )

Glad you liked that

I love the armor too, I actually have no personal problem with the tiny clothing, it's just something amusing to point out

And if we wanna see the guys in lil armor we'll probably have to design our own game. I say we get together an all-girl dev team, what do ya say, Sil?

I've noticed that most guys tend to make at least 1 or 2 female characters, if not all of them, and most girls make all female characters, perhaps 1 or 2 guys here and there, so the numbers tend to favor female characters. The guys just like looking at them and girls on average want to play as females more than males.

Dunno what that says about a lot of the guy gamers out there, but there ya go lol

I can never bring myself to make a girl char, it just seems strange, especially when everyone assumes your female.

Why do kids act like dang fools??? Serafita and I have a 9, 8, 5, and 4 year old... right now the 5 and 4 year old are in Texas with their grandparents, so you'd think we'd be having an easy time of it.... NOT. These girls take the cake....in the space of thirty minutes... they have broken dishes that are NOT supposed to be in their room, wrote on the door (awe mom it'll wash off **you see I don't care right**), poured cereal on the table, beat the crap out of each other and God knows what else.... I really do not want to know. Where do they get these ideas... and why torture your parents WHY??? Are these the spawn of Satan??? And then when your standing there screaming at the top of your lungs until you turn blue, they stare at you... they stare at you like you've lost your mind???? What are their major malfunctions???? Can anybody answer that????

whew... that was a vent.... off to play GW.... **mutters** I hate spring break....

I look at it this way. 99% of the time I am look ing at my chars backside. As a guy do I want that backside to be male or female?
I think that sells the point home.

@ Sil and Star: The guys do have skimpy armor, all it covers is their shoulders with a mini skirt.

exactley. I plan to make a guy assasin, but that will be my only male character - I just like to play with a girl character, But if you look at threads like the 'show off all your characters' thread you will notice that either they are all girls or they have three girls and one guy and then some have like two of each.

Rangers are supposed to be all in tune with nature aren't they.
So close to nature means less man-made stuff and more natural things like bare skin.

Anyone buying this...hmmm, anyone.

Skimpy armor proves we are tougher than the guys. We can go into battle with next to nothing on and still emerge victorious.

Yep, you understand what I mean I think part of the reason is that the graphics are so awesome and all the girls look gorgeous for the most part, so it's easier for anyone to want to play a female character. They're just attractive. It happens with other MMOs that have excellent graphics, especially for character models. Like most of the gamers in L2 seemed to want to play Dark Elf females for the obvious reason that 90% of their wardrobe was some form of lingerie or kinky bondage gear not to mention they look sexy.

But with WoW, the graphics aren't as good (not saying they're bad btw, just that they're not as good as GW) and from what I've heard there's much more of a balance between male and female characters. Of course, it helps that you can play as a whole bunch of races too. GW just has humans.
